Eat and Smile Foods Weekly Meal Delivery
At Eat & Smile Foods we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy delicious locally sourced food, handmade from scratch, no matter what their circumstances or schedule. To that end, we have started a new meal delivery program, to bring good food to your door as often as twice a week. This program started as a service to people with health problems, allergies, and those recovering from surgery, but it's been so popular, it's grown to include people with busy schedules, people who want to bring a healthy lunch to work every day, and those who want good food without having to deal with a mess.
For those of you with restricted diets, there's a ubiquitous myth that you can't eat good food. What we've discovered is not only can you still eat delicious local food, but if you know what to adjust when you're cooking, it can be more healthy than packaged food made for your dietary restrictions. Having worked with a number of clients with special needs, we've developed a system of adapting your favorite foods to fit within any restrictions you might have. Diabetes, high cholesterol, low/no sodium, gluten allergies, kidney and liver aliments, and IBS can all restrict your diet in ways that can discourage you from even trying to adhere to it. We believe that no matter what your restrictions, we can work together to create food that will not only fit within your restrictions, but that you'll love to eat.
We also have an extensive array of vegetarian options for those you can't or choose not to eat meat. The local farms provide us with a wide variety of ingredients year round to create outstanding vegetarian food. Drawing from many different cuisines, we bring the world to you through fruits and vegetables.
Using seasonal ingredients from the area's markets, we offer 7, 14, and 21 meal a week replacement options for one person or a large family. Each menu is tailored to your unique needs. Everything is made by hand, from scratch; pasta, breads, cured meats, bacon, stocks, etc. The menu changes week to week, depending on what is available at the market, which provides you with new and ever changing food choices.
The standard 7 meals per week is $150 per person. That can also be 3.5 meals a week for 2 people.
